Originally, I had the idea of making a long-distance trip long before Sylvie entered my life. The course had to be longer in distance and duration since a real world tour was running through my head.
Loving to prepare trips, I took care of drawing the main lines of the journey 'to the3 Americas' to submit them to Sylvie.
"Baroudeur", I don't think I am, but my curiosity to go and see beyond borders has always pushed me to travel, to travel again... to see other settings, other cultures, to meet people. .. (Travel on the back of a mouse).
Lovers of nature, landscapes and photography, I intend to bring back many travel books in pictures. This is not a trip that we are going to do with my love but "our" trip!
We can plan everything for such a trip, except the unexpected. My fear, falling on a mechanical breakdown and not knowing how to get out of it... We'll see...

When I met Joseph, he immediately told me that he was going to take me on a trip and that we would go to the Americas in a motorhome a few years later when his retirement came.
I did not know life in a motorhome. For me it was all about being 'lined up' with each other in a parking lot. I was not a traveler at all and going to a foreign country worried me a bit.
Jo made me change my mind and since then we have traveled to several European countries and criss-crossed France in a motorhome. It's our second home with a different garden every day.
My daughters are proud of me, because I must admit that I was useless in geography but with all these trips, I learn and I enrich myself.
I am aware that I am very lucky to discover other cultures and other horizons.
I already enjoy seeing the photos of other travellers. I can't wait to discover and taste all these beautiful colorful vegetables and fruits, and bring back pretty multicolored fabrics.
This trip that we are going to take is a wonderful gift, even if I am worried and have a lot of questions. Jo is so enthusiastic, how not to be too...
Ah yes, we will be 3! Myteddyrevamped for the occasion that has always been by my side since I was a little girl. He will be our mascot.
